[AMP]Forum Update!

Day 1,956, 16:13 Published in USA USA by blondeninja

By now most of you have seen the new AMP forums, they were configured on 3/15 and opened to the public soon there after on 3/19; just in time for our congressional elections. In those 4 days and the 10 days since the opening the forum has undergone very significant change. A lot of this has been ‘under the hood’ so to speak but some of the more visible changes you will notice in the colors, text borders, new post images, logo images, chat button and many more little tweaks I have made.

Some of these changes have been suggested by RT members to me, but I am sure more will need to be made before there are no issues. That being said the forum’s issue equilibrium, per se, is not zero because it is constantly undergoing changes and modifications. Speaking of modifications there will be some upcoming ones being made chiefly:

- An announcement bar at the top of the page.
- Important links bar cerca the navigation info (like we had on zeta).
- Some color changes (just some hue changing because the color seems to be too bright for some)
- Many more to come!!

I denoted those top three changes on the image above, you should expect to see them within the next week as I am currently working on some tools for recruitment. If you ever have issues with the forum or would like to make a suggestion on something you would like to see or have simply pm me.

The forum is a work in progress, and always will be to some extent. Although I am quite pleased with how it has come out thus far and while some changes have been difficult, as I’m the only one working on them, they have all been successfully made. Jack Mensley, my deputy, has been helping out by moving over some threads for me and has given some access. I aim to make further under the hood improvements and to field your requests for edits. I hope to see you on the forums, don’t forget to post in the access thread for member usergroup access!
