[AM] Thoughts about the treasury

Hello, its been a while since i write articles ^.^
Well, the current news about the treasury is very interesting, temp me to write my thoughts 😛

Well, i will say it outfront 1st, since i had not been updating myself on the forum , some of my thoughts will be outdated, hope your do not mind.(I only read in game news)

Treasury Org Structure
The treasury can be spit into 3 organisation.
The first org can only be accessed by the current president(National Treasury Reserve). This serve as an nation "backup" funds for emergency needs only. Since most of the time i do no think that we need the whole sum of our treasury to carry out daily transaction right? This org will only store Gold.
Every administration by right will be able to generate net income of revenue if not worse case, balance with expenses.Hence, before an administration end, the president will move 60% of the net income revenue of gold to this NTR org, the rest to SNB

The 2nd org can be accessed by 3 person- President, Vice President and 1 senior officer.(Singapore National Bank). This serve as the nation bank and also the government hands in the MM. It will be used for MM transaction only and also wargames. It will consist of GOLD and SGD.

The 3rd org will be the one who transact with most of the daily needs.(Government Budget). The president can freely choose who to access to this org. This org will be a place where daily transactions needs are done.If need of funds, SNB can tranction a big sum to this org.

The security lvl will be NTR-VHigh, SNB-High, GB-High
The amount percentage of the overall treasury, NTR-40%,SNB-50%,GB-10%


In this way, transaction can be managed. NTR should not have any missing funds that not appearing in the donation list, plus transaction of funds should be rare. SNB should have all MM transcation record.transaction of funds through donation is uncommon. Most of the transaction will be MM, hence need account for. GB should not have any missing funds that not appearing in the donation list, all donation transaction must be tally and no funds should be missing through MM.

The president has the access to all of the org. Why?
He is the person that the public vote for, he is the one who is in the highest office. If we cannot trust our president in the funds, how can we put our trust in our president in responding to the important national matters for our best interest.
