1.區域(領土)
--1.ROC在此協議期間放四國給日本，其他由ROC控制的區域仍由ROC控制
--2.任何涉及ROC加成的區域起義成功時，日本有責任提出NE給ROC讓ROC在接下來48小時內控制，除非ROC政府給予確切訊息表明可以推遲NE提案
--3.ROC在保衛日本領土上將不會提供任何協助

2.外交
--1.日本不能(不允許)是任何聯盟的成員
--2.禁止簽署Asteria, Aurora, Sirius這三個聯盟的成員國以及與ROC簽署MPP的國家的MPP
--3.任何日本政府與他國達成的協議需在24小時內通知ROC政府細節
--4.任何沒有與ROC政府充分討論過的NE是被禁止的
--5.日本不能提供ROC敵人任何形式的援助

3.政治
--1.Geezus(玩家)不被允許參與任何政府事務

4.協議終止條件
--1.日本政府打破此協議的任何條約

5.補充說明
--1.ROC和日本政府應該在每月10號前討論並確認這個協議是否續簽



I. Region
1. RoC release Shikoku to Japan during the term of the agreement, remain region remain controled by RoC
2. Any RW in region related to RoC resource bonus success, Japan has the responsibility to propose NE toward RoC to let RoC regain control in next 48 hour unless RoC government give the exact information that Japan can postpone the proposal.
3. RoC won’t provide any help on protecting Japan’s territory
II.Diplomacy
1. Japan is not allowed to have any alliance membership
2. Signing MPP with countries that are a member of Asteria, Aurora, Sirius or countries that have MPP with RoC is prohibited.
3. Any agreement Japan government reach with other country, Japan government should inform RoC government the detail of the agreement in 24 hours prior to announcement.
5. Any NE law without fully discussion with RoC is prohibited.
6. Japan shouldn’t provide any kind of assistance to countries that RoC consider it as RoC’s enemy
III.Politic
1. Geezus is not allowed to attend and relate to any government affairs
IV. Agreement terminate condition
1. Japan government break any clause which mentioned in chapter I, II and III
IV. Extenstion
1. RoC and Japan government should discuss and confirm this agreement to continue or not before 10th every month.

他們AS去哪裡其實沒差
違約組織去打RW甚至AS過去
他們還是要老實回來蹲黑坑
