[after-meet]A doua oprire: Timisoara/Second pitstop: Timishoara

Day 1,696, 23:47 Published in Romania Romania by wowotzange

For the start, I’d like to say that I’m not publishing this article trying to transmit at least a part of the feelings I had in the two days of the meeting – I believe that all participants will agree when saying that if one wasn’t there with us to feel what we felt, one cannot understand how it really was – but to show you the pictures.

Dupa numai doua zile in Cluj am pornit catre meetul international erepublik din Timisoara.
After a visit of only two days in Cluj, I headed towards the international erepublik meeting in Timishoara. I woke up – typically – only 45 minutes before the train was due to departure (I managed to catch it though) and in the rush I forgot my camera at Sas’s and that’s why I don’t have to many pictures. In the train, I was worried that I wasn’t going to like the people. What I wouldn’t fit in and so on, but looking backwards I realize that it was all in vain.

It’s surprisingly how people that have only this game in common can be so friendly, talkative and open towards each other.

Mi-am cunoscut intai colegii de unitate: Force Fame Far.
First, I met my MU colleagues: Force Fame Far:

and after that – Alpho made me – I started talking with the foreigners:

I managed to talk in German with Ilphen and in some kind of French with Krichnouk, but we don’t have pictures together .
All the first evening, Dsokre told me „You owe me 5 gold” : )) (ask him why) but until the end of the second day, we reconcile😛

Alpho – the best meeting organizer ever – was proud of me :>

Pana la sfarsitul serii am reusit sa organizez si un PTO cu ajutorul lui Clawy – votati Clawy CP in Romania in august >: )
Until the end of the evening I also managed to organize a PTO in Romania helped by Clawy – by the way, vote Clawy as a CP in Romania in august

I heard many opinions about the meet from other people and most of them answered the question „How was the meeting?” with „Basically, dark!” – because we partied all the night and slept all the day and didn’t see anything of the city : )). We woke up bravely at 2 PM and managed to see a part of the city thanks to our guide Pista2 – who btw is a freak – everybody know why xD (that’s a joke between us 😛)

Mi-am gasit si cubul de mult pierdut:
I also found my lost cube (my newspaper is called cubes (in Romanian) and everybody asks what’s the catch but I never told them)

Aici FAR-ul tintea dupa Soimi, muhaha:
Here, FAR was shooting some Soims mwuhaha:

In a doua seara deja trecuseram peste facut cunostinta si poze si am inceput sa avem si discutii mai serios, cum ar fi despre politica (sau despre cum sa nu faci politica pe GN):
In the second evening we were done with introducing ourselves and taking pictures so we started talking more serious stuff – like politics (or how not to make politics on the National Guard – the MU Kindergarden in Romania, where it;s forbidden to talk about politics or one gets banned)

Because during this event, even EDEN and ONE were friendly to each other, I also decided to get to know other MU’s and – I don’t know what was in my mind – I „betrayed” FAR:

(pictures says: Far: we don’t want money, we want the Soim’s to make bad things to us – to euphemize it)

And now, the only picture I have in the club:

But two days have passed to quickly; we made our luggage and had to go:

In a series of events, including losing the 5AM train and wanting to stay as much as possible in Timishoara, I went to Tg Mures via Cluj and not directly, as initially planned. Sunsetter took us to the train station and waved us goodbye as the train was leaving:

I think that everybody’s feelings about the end of the meet can best be seen on their faces:

Abia astept sa ne vedem anul viitor in Grecia.
I’m also going to say it, although it’s redundant: if there wasn’t for the people in the game, no one would play it anymore. There are too many persons to meet, too many friends to be met, too many cultural and e-political barriers to be passed for us to quit the game anytime soon. I can hardly wait to see you all again next year in Greece.

Recalling everything for a friend of mine and telling her about the people and the meet (I was particularly impressed by the fact that the Serbs helped the Greek to „illegally” pass the border), she reached a conclusion that I’m going to also use (and maybe it seems exaggerated, but think about the fact that it’s stated by an objective viewer, because that friend of mine doesn’t play erepublik - yet): If everybody would play erepublik, there would be peace all over the world and everybody would be friends.
