Introducing: The Act of Congress i eRepublik
Congressional authority
- Explanation:
Every Congressman in its mandate, which lasts one month, has the right to propose up two law issues.
The laws are the responsibility of congressmen are as follows:
Fee citizen, donations, printing of currency, taxes, minimum wage in the state, and overturn the president.
Congressman have the option of granting citizenship but that is not a legislative act.
- Citizen Fee (beginner fee): a law which determines the amount of money you will get every new player who registers in the country.
The money you receive each new player is paid directly from the treasury of that country. The minimum amount that can amount to charge for the citizen is 5 local currencies (eg TH
* Note: When moving to another country you do not receive a refund.
* Note: Only when registering a new player you geta payment.
- Donate (Donate): legislation that allows the transfer of money from the treasury of an organization. Donations of money can be made in any currency or gold, which owns the state in his hand.
With adoption of the law on donations, money that has been proposed for donation is deducted from the state treasury, and if the law accepted that money is then transferred to a given destination, if the law was rejected, then the money returns to the state coffers.
* Note: Donations are only possible on the account.
* Note: If the law is approved, the money is transferred to your destination can not be refunded or canceled.
- Money Issue (Print currency): is a law that allows the state to publish the new amount of money in the market.
During the printing of money subject to tax in gold, which serves to prevent the destruction of the economy.
The fee for printing the currency is gold, 0.005 for one unit of national currency, so to print 20,000 THB's necessary to separate 100 gold coins.
* Note: If the law is not accepted, gold that was set aside for payment of fees is returned to the state account.

- VAT tax (VAT):is a tax that is paid every time something is bought on the market goods. VAT is part of the "value added tax.
* Note: While adoption of the Law of some industries, it is not possible to run a new legislative proposal for this branch until it reaches 24 hours of voting.
* Note: At the same time it is possible to run a single proposal for all 12 industries.
* Note: Raw materials like wheat, diamonds, oil, wood and iron, have no possibility to add VAT.
- Minimum wage (minimum wage): is the law which regulates the state minimum wage in the country for all citizens.
This law serves as the prevention of salary reduction for beginners who are coming into play but also serves as a basis for wage determination for the initial skills.
* Note: The ultimate limit for the minimum wage is 200 units of domestic currency.
* Note: This is an abuse of the law when you download the opposing this law by putting the country on the final limit, and thus destroy the company and consequently the economy of the country.
- President impeachment (deposition of the President): is a law that aims to shift the current president of that country. This law applies as a last alternative in case of misconduct present. Given that this is the ultimate necessity of the legitimate president, this is the only law where it is necessary that 2 / 3 Congress (66% +1 vote) to accept the law.
* Note: In case of deposition of the President, the new president takes office next candidate who has the last election received the most votes.

The laws are the responsibility of the President are as follows: Welcome Message, shopping facilities, alliances, declaration of war and the signing of the truce, the prohibition of trade.
- Message to New Citizens (Welcome message): a law which provides a welcome message from the Administration a new game every registered citizen in this country.
- Buy Buildings (Buy building): is a law that allows the state purchase of hospitals and defense systems for a specific region in the country. To state bought the building it is necessary to offer on the domestic market and the money to buy aside from the state treasury.
- Alliance (Unification): I am a law signed by the "Joint Protection Pact (Mutual Protection Pact - MPP) with another country. In order for this law was a valid need that confirmation to both countries through their congresses. This law takes 30 days from the beginning signature and can only extend 29 days after law starts this Act. This law is only for military purposes.
- Declare War (Post War): a law which means a declaration of war the country for the purpose of military intervention. To this law is overturned it is necessary to sign a "peace agreement" which must be confirmed in both countries are participants in the war.
- Trade Embargo (Commercial embargo): is a law that is intended to stop and prevent all trade transactions between both countries. This law is voted as the last act of hostility between the two countries.
