The main goal of my PP term will be recruiting and activeness. This may be others goals also, but my intensions will be somewhat more detailed in approach and in measuring the achievement. I will be placing people in certain roles and maintaining accountability for all within these roles, including myself.
Recruiting has always been a tricky job, however, my plans will be simple, provide a stable community or hardened activity for those within roles of responsibility, and enforcing this activeness until they have either resigned or completed their roles, and completed them to the best of their ability.
Enforcement of debate and the removal of attacks aimed at individuals. This may sound similar to the idea’s we all have, but we are nowhere near to succeeding with them. My plan to achieve this is; Have a debate which is active every 4-5 days, and a weekly debate discussing a more serious topic, most likely to do with elections, and so on. The debates which will be up and running every 4-5 days will be more relaxed debates, mainly including competitions with/without polls, to get people active and talking.
Introduction of regular competitions/contests, I have already started a ESO Art Competition to get people in the mood of creative activity, and intend to carry this competition on as long as I can or deem necessary. (Competition includes prizes to act as incentives, all parts of ESO will be shaped to provide some sort of incentive, being part of a community or virtual material rewards, depends on the requirements)

-Giving roles of responsibility to people deem fit to provide a service or function to the best of their ability and will maintain activeness and accountability for the role they have been given.
-Enforcement of debate and discussion; increase activeness in discussion, by either making the discussion about common ground more can debate and discussion on, or either on regular issues effecting us all or sparks interest of the majority. (minority debates and discussions will still be present and functioning.)
-Community above the rest; the community will be top priority in all aspects of ESO life, it will be safeguarded by providing services and functions to help new players. The introduction of a new member system will be initiated on the 3rd day (can be sooner) of my term if elected.
-Praise and Reward; a reward system will be introduced on the 5th day of my term (however may be sooner), it will need to be set up and introduced to ensure its stability, no rushed moves.
-Manifesto writing training, writing a successful manifesto for Congress, Country President and Party President can be a daunting task, so a sort of guide on how to, will be written and a FAQ area dedicated to all questions on this, the FAQ Lord will be responsible for this area, however the PP and all other Lords will also be required to participate within this section.

External Affairs: (public opinion and party representation and reputation)
-ESO has been a party which has gained a respect of its individual view based policy, and this will be protected and enforced even more so, by inviting personal view points and opinions by regular debates and involvement of the party at large.
-Calling out information; I will assign a Media Lord, to ensure ESO has a way to release information. ESO will also be holding small inter-party quiz (details to be released soon, all parties are welcome: however, subject to change and alterations if required)
Funding and expenses: (caused by introduction of several schemes)
-Most costs will be covered by myself. These are my schemes I wish to introduce, so should put no burden on any member of ESO.
-Donations; members of ESO can donate to the party and the running of these introduced schemes and current schemes. A Donations Lord will be assigned to handle all of these and special in this department.
-Rewarding the Lords after their duties have been fulfilled, 1,500 GBP each is what they shall receive as a reward, however, they can choose to put it into the ESO giveaway, which will be a massive weapon and food drop at the end of my term.

Donations Lor😛 x1
-Responsible for finance, will be required to keep track of the ins and outs of the ESO Fund during my PPship, I will provide them with a system I wish them to use.

-Giving out stuff to those who have received a reward or deserve to be praised.

Recruiting Lor😛 x1
-Will be tasked with writing a recruitment letter with the PP, and also sorting out a list for volunteer players to send mails out to new players etc.

FAQ Lor😛 x1
-Answers all questions to best of ability, and/or points the player in the right direction.

Media Lor😛 x1 [+1 deputy to assist]
-Will publicly announce things to do with ESO, and will be tasked with writing an article every 5 days.

All of the above have infinite contact to PP for any questions.
Any ESO member can contact the PP and any ESO official, all positions will be required to do everything possible to assist in any way possible, even if that means contacting another official to receive information for the ESO member or sending the ESO member in the right direction.



Main Goals: Introduce schemes (funded mainly by myself, and assign a Donations Lord to manage the donations given by party members.) Assign people to specific roles and hold them accountable, including myself. Start recruiting, a Recruiting Lord will be assigned to handle this, however, I will be also helping, and mainly acting as a person who points people in the direction we will be moving, providing written plans and assuring the timetable is kept to.
Internal Affairs: Have regular debates, discussions and/or polls up to ignite activeness as much as possible. Contests and competitions to help people relax and even work together in a way to boost community spirit, of which ESO is so fondly known for.
External Affairs: Maintain ESO reputation, and start a Media Lord to provide information to the public regularly.

15th February: Start of PP term and time to get all Lords settled in their positions, and may sure they know what they have to do.

20th February: Reward scheme initiated.
23rd February: Debate/Discussion/Poll
25th February: Congress Elections.
27th February: Debate/Discussion/Poll Topic: CP elections, nominations etc.
2nd March: Debate/Discussion/Poll Topic: Poll of who to support for Country President Elections.
5th March: Country President Elections.
6th March: Debate/Discussion/Poll
10th March: Debate/Discussion/Poll Topic: PP elections, nominations etc.
12th March: Inter-Party Quiz. (Only top 5 parties qualify, subject to change)
14th March: ESO Giveaway; big drop of weapons and food.
15th March: End of PP term.



I am extremely dedicated to ESO, and will remain so. I am also eUK centric, which means I work for the better of the eUK, and will endure anything along with it, and that of the party, through any situation that should arise. My goals are simple really, serve the party as a whole, and serve society to represent the party publicly.
