All the people that failed to get approved by me, people I have never seen on our forums, and so forth I am classifying as infiltrators. This doesn't mean their foreigners trying to wreck havoc, it's just we don't know who they are. Therefore we cannot recommended that you vote for them. Below is the official Infiltrator list:
