[AAEE] Urgent press release to eBrazil

Dear citizens of eBrasil,

As you may know, the first attempt of the NAP (the non-NE proposal), has failed in our country, eSpain.
The congressmen, though they have been informed about all the NAP stuff, have voted against the proposal. The reason behind this odd event is that some of our congressmen are trolls and noobs who never take part in the outgame Congress, that is where the information is posted. All this people voted against the non-NE.
However, we will not fail to pass this agreed law again. Now the authorities of this institution are going to launch a mass PM to let all congressmen know they must vote yes to the non-NE propossal.

We are also aware of an ongoing rumor about eSpain launching an attack on NoB tomorrow, Day 1602 eRepublik time. That is not true and we will keep our word.

The Spanish Goverment apologises about all this chain of events, but we are confident the next non-NE proposal will be successful.
