Day 1,993, 15:51 Published in Spain Spain by Ministerio de Asuntos Exterior

ESPAÑOL

Estimados Ciudadanos,

2. Membership

2.1 can be obtained by

2.1.1 being proposed by one of the founding countries

2.1.2 signing and accepting the alliance treaty

2.1.3 being accepted unanimously by voting by the Country Presidents of the member countries

ENGLISH

Dear Citizens,

As many of you may have seen in the last hours, TWO has approved the entry of Colombia in ACT.

From the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we make clear that we totally against of this fact, as it has been carried out completely skipping own rules of TWO for the entry of new countries.

This rule reads:
2. Membership

2.1 can be obtained by

2.1.1 being proposed by one of the founding countries

2.1.2 signing and accepting the alliance treaty

2.1.3 being accepted unanimously by voting by the Country Presidents of the member countries

As you can see, the point 2.1.3 clearly indicates that the entry of new countries into TWO / ACT, must be voted on and accepted unanimously by the CPs of the member countries.

This has not been the case, as by the Spanish Government voted no such entry .

To date, unknown the exact number of countries that have voted, and that those responsible for TWO to those asked refused answer to this.
Senior Officers of Venezuela also agreed with this, but to our knowledge there has been pressure from certain sectors.
We are good partners and respect their decisions, whatever.

For all this, so that from the AAEE Team and the Government of Spain, urges TWO eliminate announces the publication where the ACT Colombia input and repeat that vote, with the presence of all CPs .

Tomorrow, May 6th, the President "Tritius" published an extensive article with all the details on this matter.

The most likely candidate for next month Akashapeke is working with the current government to clarify the situation in Colombia, over TWO and make the transition between the two governments in a clear and present government is committed to continue working in the relevant investigations until the matter is settled. Furthermore, it has agreed to the publication of this newsletter.
