a little advice please?

after saving up my gold from treasure maps i have finally stockpiled enough gold to buy my first company off the market, i bought a Q1 grain company and i really need some advice i want to know how much i should be selling for and how much i should pay as a wage and what skill level worker i should hire, so if anybody out there can help me i wold appreciate it greatly

you should sell grain for 4 cents and pay the highest possible wages

In all honesty grain right now is 7 cents, look at the production of a certain skill and multiply that my 7 cents

that is your break even point, if you can pay less then the difference is your profit

Grain does take time to sell, because the market is flooded. be sure you have enough to pay a few days wages before you make any sales

well if you plan to use boosters
skill 9's or 10s
also try and see if you can sell for 0.06 to sell faster just in case you need

Skills 9/10 with 200% booster, selling at 0,06 if you don't have enough money to last long.

Hire mid skilled workers and post jobs a buck or so less than the highest offer. Make sure the people you hire have strong health before working, PM them to let them know this, donate them food if they don’t have the funds to buy it initially.

I've read that there will be new companies forming soon in the food sector. I saw that in comments on another article, so can't swear to it, but it might be something to consider.

I also wonder if Admin will make changes to revive the weapons industry as many of us are currently opting for food rather than weps with the new battle module.

Business seems to undergo frequent changes in eRep. I wish you luck in whatever you decide.
