Today, after the Heat, we will talk about something cold and cool.

Svadhyaya (स्वाध्याय) is meaning Study, like in school but not only. It is the study related to the self and the good deeds and paths.

So, we allready know to make the step back, now we must learn to see ourselves how we are, trying to be conscient abut what are we doing, how we look, what we think, in every moment.

We could lie to others but deep inside we allways know the truth, the real reason of our acctions, words, thoughts.

So, this is like looking in a mirror. A charmed one who do not grant wishes but say the truth (like the one in Cynderela).

Sure, this is also hard because it is hard to live in truth everymoment, accepting all the wrongs you do, all the mistakes or errors and living with that, YOU, the center of the known univers.

In order to surpass this big trouble it is good to read books too, but especially those related to this journey and needed.
I mean, if u read ... let’s say fiction, could be very nice, but of little help to find a proper way to follow.



All the beauty and knowledge is inside us, we just need to take a deeper look.
