Let us figure out why we should and why we should not cancel the Natural Enemy against Japan.
齊來探討何以保留及為何取消日本的NE。

1) Natural Enemy bonus
a)Having NE offers us with 10% bonus during training, which is equivalent to 0.5 strength.
b)When citizens are fighting against our NE, there would also be 10% rank and 10% influence bonus.
a)有NE能有10%的訓練bonus，即是0.5力量。
b)當國民在對抗NE的戰事上打仗，會有10%的Rank bonus和10%的Influence bonus。

Pros 好處
a) This bonus helps a few citizens keep rising in certain kind of contests. It also helps the rest of us to gain 0.5 strength per day.
b) It is believed that Strength is the only thing VISA/Mastercard/Paypal cannot help growing infinitely.
a)有部分市民能在不斷拿破侖的非正式比賽中力爭上游。其餘人士仍能每天獲得額外的0.5力量。
b)有人相信力量是唯一一種VISA/Mastercard/Paypal不能無限增加的東西。

Cons 壞處
Having NE means we must spend 300 wellness or even wellness packs in order to defend twice a week.
In North Korea, 300 wellness costs us 142.5KPW, which equals to 2.1375g.
Compared with 1.79g booster, this amount is more or less the same.
Some people have to fight with wellness packs and weapons. The costs are not yet counted.
This is not a problem for those who treat fighting with 300 wellness and Q5 weapons as daily mission.
有NE代表我們每周有最少兩天要每天吃300 wellness甚至燒血包來守衛NK。
以本國物價計算，300 wellness需要142.5KPW，大約等於2.1375g。
與1.79g booster相比，其實也相差無幾。
更遑論有部分人要購買Wellness Packs和武器，這部分支出仍未計算在內。
當然原本就把300 wellness+Q5武器當作日常的人不在此列。

2) MPP
Japan has 4 MPPs. Bulgarian MPP would be expired in 10 hours.
However, she has USA and China on her MPP list.
These two countries are very strong in eRep.
Moreover, USA does not have natural enemy which means citizens are willing to fight for other MPPs.
For Saudi Arabia, it is a new country and we can simply ignore it (so far).
日本有4個MPP，保加利亞那個將於10小時內過期。
不過日本有中國和美帝的MPP。這兩個國家都是eRep強國。
此外，美帝沒有NE，所以對於他們的MPP能帶來很多醬油傷害。
至於沙特阿拉拍，新國家，暫且無視。

We have to have some more MPPs in order to survive. It costs golds.
However, up to now no countries are willing to sign a MPP with us.
Remember, MPPs decide the results of the campaigns, not Japan.
我們只能花golds來簽更多的MPP，但是暫時沒哪個國家想跟我們簽啊。
記住，在MPP的戰鬥裏，不是日本決定勝敗，而是MPP。
