After a short maintenance, there are 30 shouts available per day.
I'm sure spammers love it.
Plato is definitely more generous (to spammers) than the previous admin.🙂
短暫維護之後，我們一天可以shout 30次了。
我相信以後能看到很多垃圾shouts了。

Saudi Arabia is also a B3 country with 13 regions. That's a large number indeed.
