The Chinese government has recently proposed Non-agression pact (NAP) between China and Indonesia.

We reiterate that the quoted statement is wrong and certainly untrue. We did not propose a Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) towards Indonesia and in fact it was Indonesia’s MoFA who approached us about it (and thus leads to our MoFA officers approaching Philippines). We also demand that the MoFA of Philippines to correct the wrong statement made, issue another news article and take the opportunity to address the wrong information circulated.
