Here is a list of the citizens who are willing to join KFC.
However, some of them, including me, are outside NK.
Due to the restrictions on funds, I don't think non-NK residents are able to get those subsidies.
這是想參加KFC的人的名單，不過有些人(包括我)都不是在NK住的。

The strength and rank mean nothing. It is there to make the table look better.
力量和軍銜並不代表甚麼，只是用來把這個表弄得好看一點。

If you're willing to join the army with funds, please return to NK when the plan starts.
If you want only to join the army, that you don't want the funds, you can stay.🙂
如果你想從KFC裏拿資助，請在計劃生效時回歸NK。
如果你不想從KFC拿補助，只想掛名，你可以留在原來的地方。

We have a war in "Marmara", a Greek region.
It originally belongs to Turkey. It's a region rich in "Fruits".
If you have sufficient amount of money, fight. Otherwise, just ignore it.
It is at LOW priority.
今天在Marmara有戰場，土耳其進攻。
這塊地原本是土耳其的地，資源是「水果」。
如果你有閒錢就打這場，不然可以無視。
優先級別[/b]：低。

For LOW priority, it means MPP battles which are not extremely important indeed.
You can choose to fight or not yourself.
低優先級別一般代表不重要的MPP戰場。
戰與不戰請自便。
For MIDDLE priority, it refers to very important MPP battles.
You are recommended to spend all 300 health in the battle.
中優先級別一般指MPP的重要戰役，贏了輸了後果很嚴重。
建議把300面包全射在該戰場。
For HIGH priority, it refers to LOCAL BATTLE, either being attacked or attacking.
Please use Q5 weapons, spend all 300 health and buy some wellness packs.
高優先級別只會出現在本國戰場裏，可能是被攻擊或者在攻擊別國。
有錢的人請上Q5武器、300盡射並請使用血包，必需戰勝。

However, my boss required me to move back to the USA.
That's why I'm outside NK again.🙁
