Hello, fellow citizens of eWorld.

Legend, Location

I have a strong desire of telling a story of my country, Georgia. The capital city of Georgia is Tbilisi. Foundation of Tbilisi has its own legend.
The legend of foundation of Tbilisi says, that it was founded by the king Vakhtang Gorgasali (Man with a head of wolf) while he was hunting with sparrow-hawk. During the hunt, they saw pheasant. King of the Georgia Vakhtang Gorgasali ordered sparrow-hawk to hunt down the pheasent. After the long battle of birds, king and his servants found them drowned in warm water. Vakhtang decided to found the city there and named it Tbilisi because 'warm' in georgian translates as 'tbili'(Tbilisi).
Let me introduce you the location of georgia. It's located in Caucasian region of Eurasia. It's bounded to the west by black sea, to the south by Turkey and Armenia, to the north by Russia and to the south-east by Azerbaijan. Georgia is parliamentary country. Population of Georgia elects the president for 4 years and it's is the symbol of unity and leader of army.

Classical age, Establishment, Religion

History says, that Georgia was established by several independent kingdom (Colchis; Iberia) during the classical age. Kingdom adopted orthodox Christianity during the 4th century and declined all other religions like zoroastrizm, paganism and etc. During these centuries in Georgia was built millions of cultural sightseengs.

Golden Age

Georgia had a hard times during the history. It was targeted by several enemies, empires, kingdoms and etc. It was destroyed many times, many people died. Muslims tried to convert georgian people on their religion. Many died because of belief and etc. The main reason of this was that georgia was disintegrated into various regions until the 11th century. In 7-10 centuries it was the part of Khazar empire, Conquered by Arabs.
However, Kingdom of Georgia reached its' zenith in 12th-13th centuries, during the kings David IV(David the builder) and Tamar of Georgia, so called King Tamar, 'king of kings'.(Tamar was a first woman ruler, but she was so strong that people called her king, not queen). David the builder drove the Seljuk Turks from country and won several battles. One of them was battle of Didgori in 1121. Tamar's age is called golden age, because Kingdom of Georgia was at the peak of its' zenith.
