On Tuesday, Day 2,387, a change to the “Transport route to capital” rule will be introduced. The change will be implemented shortly after the Day Change.
在週二，2387 這一天，關於”首都運輸路線”法規的新改變將會被導入，這改變在換日後實施。

Resource bonuses for distant regions
飛地資源加成

Before, in order to gain a resource bonus from a region, the region had to have a direct connection to the capital.
從前，為了要獲得某地區的資源加成，這塊區域必需與首都直接聯結。

After the change, countries will benefit from regions which don’t have a direct route to the capital. Instead of the standard 20% resource bonus, countries will gain a bonus of 10% from distant regions.
在新的改變下，即使與首都沒有直接連結，各國也能自佔領區 (飛地) 獲得利益。跟直接接壤區域所獲得的標準 20% 資源加成比起來，飛地的資源加成是 10%。

A few examples:
簡單舉例:

- If a country has Grain, Cattle and Fruits with a direct connection to the capital, and fish as a distant region, the combined resource bonus will be 70%.
如果一個國家已經有了穀物、奶牛、水果等三項資源與首都相連，以及一項漁業以飛地方式相連，則所有食料資源加成為 (20%x3)+(10%x1)=70%。

- If a country has, for example, many Cattle regions and some of them are connected to the capital while some are not, the country will still receive a 20% resource bonus from Cattle as it did before.
如果一個國家同時有數塊奶牛區域資源，包含直達首都區域與飛地，則依然以最高 20% 計算加成。

Please notice that this change won’t remove the promised 50% minimum production for the Founding Fathers of the new countries.
本項改變不影響新國家的 50% 最低生產保障。
