Поштовани грађани еСрбије и савезника,

У складу са дужностима које су ми предате, синоћ сам као председник еСрбије присуствовао изборима за органе савеза TWO.

Више речи о самим изборима ће бити у чланку МИПа, док би се ја осврнуо на неколико других елемената везаних за састанак, а о одлуку и образложење за кога сам и зашто сам гласао на изборима савеза ћу у следећем чланку изнети.

ИЗМЕНЕ СТАТУТА

Након избора у савезу, ми као представници еСрбије и у договору са представницима еПољске смо дали предлог измена Статута савеза TWO. Свесни проблема који се дешавају у савезу и начину функционисања савеза, ми смо још у предизборној кампањи спремили одређене предлоге за измене основног документа савеза.

Измене се састоје из неколико кључних целина:

1. Систем гласања
2. Правила приступа каналима и документима савеза
3. Правила вета

С обзиром на то да је у овом моменту садржај тих докумената тајна, нисам у прилици да вам изнесем детаљно све елементе. Након што се процес договора о изменама статута заврши изнећу комплетан извештај о променама које смо тражили разлозима за те промене као и до чега смо дошли као резултат преговора о изменама статута

Као закључак састанка договорено је да сви савезници прегледају документ који смо као представници еСрбије презентовали и да у понедељак крену консултације око самог текста па да видимо шта је то прихватљиво а шта није, које елементе ћемо кориговати а које нећемо.

Наш циљ је био да овим новим изменана унапредимо рад и да дамо све од себе да се еСрбија више укључи у рад и структуре савеза. Такође се овим изменама осигурава да легално изабрани представници еСрбије и савезничких држава буду једини који ће представљати Србију и савезничке државе у оквиру савеза.

Dear citizens of eSerbia and allied countries,

In accordance with the duties that were vested in me, last night I attended, as president of eSerbia, elections for the Alliance TWO HQ.

More on the election itself will be in the MoFa article, while I would speak about few other issues related to the meeting. Reasons why I gave votes to the candidates I did will be explained in the next issue of my address to the public.

CHANGES TO THE ALLIANCE TREATY

After the elections in alliance, we as representatives of eSerbia and in consultation with representatives of ePoland gave proposal for the amendment of the Alliance Treaty. Aware of the problems that are occurring within the alliance and functioning of the alliance, we have made those proposals to improve the work of the alliance.

Changes consist of a few key parts:

1 The voting system
2 Rules of channel access and alliances documents
3 Veto rules

Given that at this time the contents of the document is secret, I'm not in a position to present you with all of the elements. After the we finish the negotiation process I will make a full report of the changes that we were looking for and the reasons for these changes. Also i will give you the results of the negotiation process of the treaty changes.

In conclusion of the meeting it was agreed that all the allies should review the document changes that were presented and that on Monday we will start consultations and negotiation on the text and see what is acceptable and what is not, what elements will be corrected and which will not.

Our goal was to improve the work of the alliance with this new changes and to give our best to involve eSerbia much more into the work and structures of the alliance. These changes also ensure that legally elected representatives of eSerbia and it's allies are the only one who will represent Serbia and allies within the alliance.
