דעתי האישית היא שצריכים להפסיק לגמרי את האספקות לתקופה מסויימת, לתת לאוצר להתעשר ואז להחליט מה עושים.

In the last time I was interested to know what you think about the supplies current situation.
my opinion is that we should stop completely the supplies from the state, and let the MoF earn some money (for 1 or 2 months) and then we'll decide what to do.
