1. 這個鎖國庫好像只能鎖24小時嗎?
2. 這會不會被看成一次對sb的挑釁呢? 不過我就不信他敢過來....

上边这个提案的意思是要求serbia支付1874的gold与中国签署和平条约

如果把demand改成offer，则是提供1874g给serbia求和，骂人之前看清楚，不要把这俩搞错了

ps：
这样的议案能提的金额数量，取决于对方国库中现存的gold数量。并且在提案被通过或者被否决之前，均处于冻结状态.

其实我觉得议会应该先通过，然后让sb议会再投24小时，多冻结个24小时更好
