[1.1.0] eRepublik v1 Windows XP / Vista / 7 desktop gadget

I'm glad to present you version 1.1.0 of this tool. More details about in the bottom of this article.




Info:
• if the downloaded file haves the extension .gz please rename it to .gadget (the file is archived automatically on upload so i have no power).
• Windows XP Users can use the gadget too if they decide to respect the tutorial you'll see in this article.
• this gadget is not designed to fit in the sidebar (i can't figure it out how to stretch the information in that little area)
• please note that eRepublik API does not support special characters in username, so names like "my.name" will not work. That dot is the problem. In this cases, use your ID.

How to install Windows Vista sidebar and gadgets on Windows XP
• install Alky for Applications.
• install Windows Sidebar.
• use Gadget Extractor to add the gadget to the sidebar.

• please stop telling me that this website shows to you "almost naked" girls because this is one of the easiest upload/download websites to use.

Version 1.1.0 features:
• avatar display.
• citizenship display as "From + flag" (I couldn't use the citizenship word because is to long to fit in there).
• location display as "Lives + flag" (Due to the citizenship stuff i was forced to rename this field too because "From/Country" could be easily messed up).
• level is now displayed as on the web site (progress bar).
• added Total Damage info in the right panel

Next Version:
• i am still thinking on adding like 50 - 100 pixels to the bottom where a new panel should arrive where you will find media stuff (like official orders for example)
• it is pointless to add now things like wall graph, or monetary bla-bla since the game is going to be dramatically changed.
• and as a bonus, for the next-next version, i will try to paginate the gadget (two arrow buttons which will let you browse more pages of information).
• new colors (hope are more eye-friendly because i am 0 on combining colors 🙂 )
