Let’s face it,
NORWAY HAS BECOME BORING.
My goal for this coming month:
Restore Norway to its former glory!

Nothing says action and excitement like war. War improves the economy and morale. That’s why I feel we should conquer Denmark.
Our country could use a 567 citizen population boost. Also, It would be good retribution for the 400 years of darkness. Norway and Denmark could once again become a more powerful union, but this time Norway is calling the shots.
The battle costs would not be horribly expensive:
(SWE) Nordjyllan😛
50 + (30 * .25) = 57.5 g
(SWE) Midtjyllan😛
50 + (48 * .25) = 62 g
Sjaellan: 50 + (112 * .25) = 78 g
Hovedstaden: 50 + (377 * .25) = 144.25 g
Total cost of war: 341.75g
I don’t really care about Syddanmark. Sweden can hold onto that. We just need Nordjylland and Midtjylland in order to get to the remaining Danish regions.
If I am elected, any citizen donations to the government to help fund these wars would be greatly appreciated.
While I have been able to scrape together a few Norwegians who are willing to do any ministry work this month, enthusiasm and activity in politics has been on the decline. Doing work for free is not motivating. In order to inspire more activity, I’d like to try a little experiment. I will pay ministers and ambassadors out of my own pocket to do work. I have not worked out the details of this, but I imagine something like 1g to an ambassador per weekly report written.

Other goals my party would like to achieve are to
-increase the presence of females in Forsvaret
-improve activity with foreign relations
-increase the number of MPPs
-implement more government transparency and increasing communication with the public (Read Freke's article on InfoJoy)

areqw, I love how you awaken from your two-clicking slumber just so you can hate on me 😃 My last term as president was not a disaster. I kept Norway perfectly safe. I'd say it was better than some of the more recent months.
I attack Denmark not purely for my own fun, but hopefully this will make more fun for other Norwegian citizens too. I have at least my own party's support in this. and just fyi, Sweden already agreed to let me have their danish regions 😛

@Eris Your last term was a disaster and this is my opinion. I just cant understand, why you want to risk all country only to give fun for you and maybe couple of others.
You can attack Denmark only when you will fund all battle costs from your packet, because I don`t want you to lose our public treasury for useless purposes!

yes, it is definitely solely your opinion that my last term was a disaster. I made a few small errors, I won't deny, and I learned from them. but calling it a disaster is overdramatic.
Attacking Denmark does not risk our country. Can you tell me why you say so? And use of the treasury will be up to congress votes. So we will see.
It is not only my opinion, believe me! You just dont want to see it. Good to hear that you learn from mistakes, but when we have Tommy and you to choose, I vote for Tommy.
Owning more regions we risk more pto attempt. And I just cant understand why to attack another country just for fun. Maybe its because i find more fun in other things.

Many people see war as fun, it is not just me. I don't see how anyone thinks becoming an inactive two clicker is fun, but that is apparently your opinion. The excitement I observe in other counrties seems to stem from either war or political conflict. I've already done the political conflict thing. The lack of activity and the mundane stuck-in-a-rut politics is why many people have moved to other countries, which is what I have observed recently. War and political activity are what draw people to countries. Isn't this whole game about attacking countries just for fun? isn't that why Eden attacks anything?
But we will find out tomorrow whether citizens are satisfied with the status quo, or if they agree with me that this country needs to be more active.
Eris, please move to other country for our all best! The worst what you did is that you did NOTHING in your last period and this will be the same or worse!!
