[Presidential Address] War Bond, Referendums, and Mass Attacks! Oh my!

My fellow Canadians,
Your government has been hard at work for you for the last half a day, and I have some updates for you. Starting at 09:00 on day 2360 I will be releasing a referendum question asking the people of eCanada to either support or reject the use of War Bonds to build a war fund to help with our efforts against the eUS. The referendum will be open for voting for 48 hours.
I'm asking eCanadians to support the referendum as our nation is in desperate need of these funds to ensure we have the funds we need to fight our imperialist oppressors.
Starting this Friday at 18:00 we will be launching a national mass attack. All eCanadians, our friends, and allies are invited to attend the event in #ecan.supply on irc (Rizon Server). There will be food, weapons, and prize drawings for those who attend the event. If you are a new player and have any questions about how to join in on the festivities on irc please feel free to contact me. We will be holding a national mass attack each week to encourage greater activity and to give people a fun chance to work together for the good of eCanada and our allies. Stay tuned for more details on this and other exciting events for the month of May.

I'm assuming you read your own media... if you did, you would see that reason isn't part of the equation. You just had a survey in which a majority claimed to be perfectly fine and dandy with the current state of affairs. Your CP campaigned with a stated goal of maintaining the occupation as it is.

@Franklin Stone: Nice demands. As a follow up, exactly what is Canada supposed to do once it drops Serbia and all its allies in LETO? The US certainly never offered friendship in any way. If the end game is Canada sitting with our thumbs up our collective you know whats... without friends vs. Canada fighting against US occupation and some friends. Guess what... easy choice.
Well, since you have those associations and now have a citizen who is seen as an enemy as President; it is much like the a PTO party you must first prove you are not a threat to America.

So it takes balls to be an American Citizen, be an elite member of an American MU and help to start a Canadian RW against America. IMO, it takes disloyalty not big plums to help the enemy, it does however take big ones to stand loyal to your Homeland when you may not totally agree with government policy.

As far as I know Code-Y bounces back and forth. Fighting loyally for the eUSA when a citizen and fighting for Kanada when a citizen there. To each their own. If that's how he chooses to play then so be it.

Personally, no. In game in the past he was bribed to start a war between Canada and America. Recently he funded a Canadian RW against America, I have no other way of judging him other than his actions in game.

Loyalty? I understand that your way of playing is to immerse yourself into this and act serious about every little thing, but it is a game after all. The talk of loyalty, brotherhood and all the other rubbish people spout daily is a crock of shit. It's a game, in all games players change teams. When a player signs to a new sports team no one questions their loyalty. As long as that player plays hard for his new team then no one takes issue. If a player on here is a member of country A's team and plays hard for country A, then switches teams and plays hard for country B while a member of B's team there is no issue. Now Franklin I don't know Code-Y nor have I ever even had a conversation with him, but I do believe I have an understanding of how he chooses to play his game. As he has chosen to have nothing to do with you and I have some time to waste I have tried to explain it a bit to you. Now I know trying to get you to comprehend things is like herding cats and I'm wasting good pixels on answering you, nevertheless I have given it a try. I must admit though I am surprised that you haven't come up with a conspiracy theory that somehow has Pfeiffer directing Code-Y's method of play. Baseball, Basketball, Hockey and Football are games -just to name four- and I have never seen anyone switch sides during the game.
So please name one game where it is acceptable to switch sides in the middle of the game.

I never said the mass attack was against the eUS. I'm making this a weekly activity where we will fight for ourselves or allies as a group. Then again I do have a huge wad of cc burning a hole in my pocket so you never know.

18:00 eRep time, I just assume everyone in the game uses server time unless they say otherwise so I always use it myself.
Ah 2am UK time, so that would be Saturday 9-11am Aus time. I told klopp i'd mention it in Aus but obviously you won't be flooded with damage as we are a tiny nation but I'll make people aware 🙂
