[MoFa] The Commonwealth Agreement

Dear eGermans,

Yesterday we have signed a Commonwealth Agreement with eIreland, ePortugal and eFrance. Basically this agreement is a confirmation of deep cooperation between our countries, but we hope to deepen it even more, as we have introduced a function of Chairman, who will take care of treaty’s wellbeing (so it doesn’t end up like Strasbourg one) and will try to organize games and so on for every member country.

We believe that this agreement indeed will help us in strengthening relationship between our countries and will bring some extra fun to the game. However, we want to assure that it’s not any new alliance. We still remain in TERRA/EDEN and we’re not going to leave these alliances to make a new one.
