Dear citizens of eNL,


Time for an update on current situation eNL is residing in. The article is divided into several topics. I’ll kick things off with Orion, International relations and Warfare.


This month Orion has thrived, every country has been involved in a war and almost all our goals have been realized (so far). The current Orion HQ is a lot smaller than it was last month. Shawtyl0w still represents the Netherlands as dSoFA.


Now let’s talk war! France was under attack by Chile who tried to escape from Serbia and Romania. Due to a great coordinated effort of Orion and their allies France managed to win the campaign and Chile was booted out of Europe the day after.

After this victory which led to the release of many UK regions; France, Lithuania (at the time owning regions in Ireland), the Netherlands and our former alliance member Sweden set their eyes on the United Kingdom. Canada has aided our country during the initial attack on South East England which started at 23.30 Dutch time. With the time difference covered by the Canadians we managed to win the campaign and march to London. I’ve seen many of our soldiers on the battlefield and want to thank you all for fighting! I hope you enjoyed it so far, there are more battles to be fought in the near future.

Other than fighting for and with our allies we’ve also signed several additional MPPs to ensure we have enough international support at times of need. War is expensive and I want to thank NoTie112 for a generous donation that made it possible to sign the MPPs needed to accomplish our goal.

The initial goal of Orion was to ensure region bonuses for France in the UK. Because France does not require the regions we posses in the UK we will defend them as long as possible.


The Ministries
The Ministry of Finance consisting of Odan and voleurs has provided me with the financial budget for this term. Other than that I tried to stimulate voleurs’ interest in the economic module by having him comprise an article about the various way to trade items and money. Sadly voleurs has been relatively inactive and I have no clue whether this publications can be published this month.

Ministry of Defense consisting of Andreas Isaksson and frederik hendrik has been busy publishing MoD articles, supplying our soldiers and communication important information to the MU commanders. Andreas Isaksson has notified me that he will be less active in the next few weeks which means I will step up and help frederik hendrik manage the daily MoD task.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs consisting of NoTie112 and Kordak has been busy reaching out to our allies safeguarding our victory in battle and helping us to sign the new MPPs as mentioned above.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is run by Legendardisch who has been active in immigration and running the Monthly Media Competition and the Weekly Raffle.

The Ministry of Education is run by Gwom who has been busy working with the CP of eIndia on the ‘The Amazing Race’ competition in which (sadly) two eNL citizens partake. Other than this he has also entered us in the eEurovision competition. Gwom is also working on new material for the ministry.


I’m pleased to say that the project I started last month ‘DAF Brainstorm sessions’ is starting to come together now. I hope to present congress with a proposal before the end of my term.
