On January 15th, 2023 I took over The Real [redacted] Party. What followed was one of the greatest and quickest political landscape changes in eUK history. TRS grew rapidly from the smallest party in the eUK to the largest in Congress by March and the largest party by membership by May.
TRS members have changed the eUK for the better proposing new policies, scrutinising those claiming to be in charge, and raising activity levels across all aspects of the game. TRS has challenged the status quo, and ruffled some feathers of those who refuse to accept change. More importantly, TRS has role modelled the positive change the eUK so desperately needed after years of stagnation.
In recent months I feel the eUK has started to slide back into its negative attributes. People who seek to remove the individuality of eUKers and strike down all fun and engagement have been trying to wrestle back control. It is time we stand up as one community and say NO!!!
No to stagnation
No to the same old people hogging the spotlight
No being told what we can and can’t do
But while it’s time to stand up for ourselves it’s also time to be positive and look to the future where we can finally say YES!!!
Yes to growth
Yes to positive community engagement
Yes to unity
So why should you vote for Sambo to be the eUKs next Country President?
Well, I want to propose a few ways I think we can achieve our goals in the eUK and start conversations on the eUKs position in the eWorld. So here is a list of just a few of the things I’ll look to do as CP:
1. Stronger scrutiny of the CP and the cabinet by Congress.
Congress is a bit of a mess right now but should and will hold a greater role in how the eUK conducts itself. Congress members are elected by the people, for the people, and therefore should be able to debate and vote on the actions of the government. Congress debates should be held publicly so everyone knows what is being said and any attempts by nefarious forces to derail eUK democracy can be easily identified and stopped in their tracks.
Speaking of my cabinet, I will be expecting an active and well-represented cabinet. No more should it just be one person doing everything. The eUK is one big team and as such our government should represent this. If you want to help out drop me a message and let’s build up everyone’s experience. Each ministry will start the term by publishing a mission statement, outlining what they will aim to achieve in the month so the people can assess this by the end of the month and see where their taxes are being spent.
2. New Player Contract, Subsidies, and Giveaways!!!
I can’t claim this idea but this shows the impact that TRS has had on the eUK. Members have been working hard for months on refining policies and ideas that can help improve the lives of ALL eUKers. I will look to implement the ideas my great party has put forward. The new player contract will reward new and returning players keeping them engaged and helping integrate them into the eUK community. Subsidies will help keep eUKers growing stronger and in turn, boost our impact on the battlefields. By reimaging how the eUK government conducts giveaways we can keep providing boosts to all eUKers members while promoting three key aspects of enjoying life in the eUK:
Fun, Fighting, and Fart jokes.
Giveaways will be aimed at those who are active, fighting hard under the eUK flag on the battlefields, and those creating unique and exciting content for their fellow eUK players.
3. eUKer of the Week
I want to recognise those going above and beyond who might be going unnoticed in the eUK community. I want to put together a voting panel from leaders across the eUKs political parties and military units to identify and celebrate those eUKers who are putting in the work to continuously improve the eUK. If you want to nominate someone, provide prizes, or want to be on the voting panel then get in touch with me now.
4. Reassessment of Training Wars
I think this needs to happen every month. I want to review every TW assessing the benefits for the eUK community and establish if we need to limit, increase or adapt the bank of TWs we’re currently fighting in. This has come to my attention due to ongoing issues in eCuba and the call from some of their citizens to have discussions on the morals of continuing with the TW while they deal with internal struggles. I would want to have a full review of everything speaking to both sides and then utilise Congress debate to decide on the best step forward.
5. Improve engagement in the eUKs EPIC coordination
Everyone loves a good epic battle and the eUK should be looking to continue taking part in as many of these as possible. However, I feel it currently seems that the epic coordination is chaotic and random. I would to restart a group chat for those interested in taking part in epic battles where we can plan the best timings for eUK players, promote epic battles that are taking place across the eWorld, and plan community messaging so that as many eUKers can benefit as possible.
For the eUK!!!
So that’s my basic plan for the eUK. If you want to keep the eUK moving forward and not sliding back into a period where the eUK became completely irrelevant in the eWorld and taken advantage of then please vote Sambo223 on 5th December and let’s end the Year of TRS on a high.

Being the most populous country is not the metric for success being used.

What metric do you use that isn't something you've made up? Have you thought that the decline in the eUK may be due to the stuff that people like those in TRS have been doing for the last 10 years?
Which is what? I don't think anyone was doing anything prior to this year. That was a problem.
Now various players want to act to help new starters, how does that negatively affect you, or anyone?
It's the same manifesto from the same people that was around in the days of ESO 10 years ago. It didn't work then and it's unlikely to work now. Instead of alienating older players by shouting down anyone who disagrees with you, it's time you came up with something new that doesn't exclude the majority and actually has a chance of working.
I don't remember eso so I can't comment on that, but I can't see how trying to support new players is bad, and I certainly don't see how it excludes anyone.
How are we excluding anyone? Focusing on new players doesn't mean stopping all support for existing ones.

Cooperation requires trust and respect.. By ignoring congress TRS destroyed both. TRS poaches and attacks hard working and loyal citizen because they are not of the same party. TRS has alienated all the other parties to the extent that they have put their differences aside in opposition. If people attack me I respond in kind.

Well Woldy you have your own facts. Nothing I have said is wrong. All TRS have is poaching bribery and slagging off everyone else. The whole enterprise is based on negativity, yet everyone else is to blame and no one else is supposed to care about the eUK only the glorious party and its trolls!
I can fact-check the bribery, I’m assuming he means the doubling of the air reward scheme that was part of someone's manifesto and that wingfield called “flagrant vote buying” because he struggles with not being angry.
That was a good policy and still is, it was a better implementation of Appleby’s reintroduction of cc into the UK player base housing thing. But because you take issue with anything that doesn’t fit your negative agenda of hate it's now gone into the ‘Keith library of facts’ as bribery. Just as you casually forget that the NI-UK treaty expired 2 years ago as that fits into your traitor narrative,

I wasn't referring to the sir reward scheme.... TRS did not care about when a treaty expired or whether or not it had. They decided to ignore congress go off on their own reckless adventure and disgust everyone else. TRS has managed to make the eUK more divided overall, but on the plus side otherwise bitter rivals are united against them.
I meant air rewards .. but 'Yes Sir' rewards is for TRS congress members that obey the party whip!

Your account is irreconcilable with reality - a treaty expired over two years ago, which about 5 people voted on (myself included) and that treaty was passed on the provision it would last two months. This year every Gov reference to the treaty has called it 'expired', and it has been raised in Congress multiple times and ignored by both the Government, and people such as yourself. Last month wingfield specifically said it was not something he thought congress should be consulted on. So who exactly is refusing to talk about it? Not withstanding that Congress voting on individual RW's is unprecedented. Whoever it was that backed the RW did so expecting it woulf free up TW capacity without starting a world war - turns out they were right. The arguments that had been made by yourself to suppress the issue were found out to be totally wrong. So I join calls to just move on and accept we can have more TW's now. Trying to say a 2 year expired treaty voted on by 5 people should somehow be used to condemn members of the public who backed a RW in a region that successive governments ignored is very extra.

Well no one but the TRS sheep accept your biased view of it Mr Woldy. TRS could have asked for a vote in congress., but failed to do so. What is good for the sheep is good for the goat and I don't see any reason why anyone should bother congress before they press any buttons anymore.

Congress members asked for the NI situation to be discussed and voted on multiple times. So no they couldn't "just ask for it" because everytime they did, it was ignored.

Good luck Sambo. I'm really pleased that someone took the initiative to try and bring some accountability and fun back to eUK. I am fortunate to have been a member from the outset during this exciting time.
