Raw Materials Skill Level -- Wage

Skill 0 -- 1.5 GBP
Skill 1 -- 2.0 GBP
Skill 2 -- 2.75 GBP
Skill 3 -- 4 GBP

We are also offering a raise at 2.5 RM skill level up to 3.25 GBP.
