Great Grains, a subsidiary of REF Holdings, announces a wage increase. We now have the following job offers up in Human Resources:
Raw Materials Skill Level -- Wage
Skill 0 -- 1.5 GBPSkill 1 -- 2.0 GBPSkill 2 -- 2.75 GBPSkill 3 -- 4 GBP
We are also offering a raise at 2.5 RM skill level up to 3.25 GBP.

Well at least someone is being reasonable with salaries.

There are RM Companies (specifically in oil *hint hint😉 that are offering 5 GBP to BRAND NEW LABORERS....

There is no way that people can afford to:
a. Pay their workers at 0 skill 5 GBP
b. Sell Raw Materials cheaply and still make a profit
c. Buy Materials for manufacturing cheaply and keep final cost down

That doesn't really matter, as soon as the RM stock that was given doesn't sell then they can't keep paying those wages and they will go bankrupt.
