Well, the team is a 100% improvement I'd say. Gwom will do fine on MoI as replacement of ElGorro (who was rather silent as was your whole team especially the 2nd half of the term). And this MoD team has my trust. I for one find it encouraging (by the looks of it) you came to realize Tim was a huge mistake.

You still won't have my vote though...

i never said tim was a mistake. and well you do realize the 2nd half had christmas / new years. plus several people had either irl responsibilities or problems causing a little less activity.

that it was x-mas and the holiday season didn't hold you and ur cronies back sometime time ago to propose a vote of no confidence i believe.

also i said less activity. that some people like you yourself skyjacked don't play at all around christmas and the days after is your own choice. but that doesn't mean the entire world stops. decisions will still be taken etc. we also had a congress vote just before christmas this year. probably should have been opened earlier but since we had other things that took longer to resolve than planned it was opened a little later than hoped. still more than enough people actually took their congress job serious and voted.

As for the x-mas/new year; Must have been a surprise I take it that arrived in your term? Tells a lot about the capabilities to think/plan ahead.

do i need to repeat myself weekstrom? i said less activity not no activity. yes 1 person did not do anything after new years but that had to do with irl problems, and yes those things happen.. you can't plan for those.

the christmas - new years lull is to be expected. people will login to work/train/check new and forum. perhaps do 1 or 2 other things but that is usually it during those days.

and yes i still believe making daf once again an MU and not a playground is a wise choice. and you received a PM by your regiment leader explaining the rules and new setup, so not sure why you are still complaining about the lack of information.

And yes I received a mail. Stating mainly all would be explained in the article MoD would publish but naturally he never did. That was even defended by a loyal player stating your (yes your!) PC was broken for 3 days so you could not publish.

I was clear I hadnt much time last month. Odan knew that before the term started. I now even have less time that last month. Therefor I told odan not to list me as MoI for.another term. And gwom will do fine as MoI.

No blame on you ElGorro. As I stated on the announcement of the team already; if there is one player capable of being MoI its you so lack off time was clearly (to me) the reason already you were not that active.
It's the one assembling the team that's responsible and the one that should be held responsible. If he deliberately instated you knowing you were not able to do (re)posts he could (should) have done so himself if he could not find a proper replacement/addition.
But he did not even bother to post anything himself I believe so its clear at whom to look.

so you had a whole can of capable and willing candidates ready weekstrom? because most of the people i contacted either where unwilling to do anything or didn't have time.

i also even asked people to come forward themselves in my team presentation article... it seemed many only had time on commenting how my team sucked but didn't care to step up themselves to do anything.

No I didn't odan. But as you very well know that's something from all times although it's a problem that increases due to the fact eRep community and eNL's one in particular is shrinking. That's something you as wannabe CP will have to deal with upfront. And if I recall correct you did not issue a single article so don't blame others for not having time or being willing to work with you (tbh I would have refused also if you had asked but probably have stated at that point I would lack the time).

Apart from that; In the past gov always tried to (or was forced by congressman) to have at least 2 players per ministry. Most of the time being ineffective though and lately changing towards only one player like you did yourself. Nothing wrong with that (on the contrary I'd say as a smaller team should be way more effective) but trying to get players to help you should not at all be harder than say 2 years ago.

if i became cp 2 and probably even 1 year ago i could have had a minimum of 2 people on every ministry. all of those players active and willing to do things. now i had to take people that were willing to do something but didn't have as much time sadly.

but hey kudo's to you for saying you would refuse and fake not having the time if i would have asked. but sadly you aren't the only one i'm sure.
