Worker’s rights:
First the bad :
1) You can be fired at any time
2) The amount of allowed overtime can be reduced at anytime
3) After 3 days on the job your pay can be cut (some employers offer a high initial wage and cut it after 3 days figuring some folks won’t quit)
Now for the good :
1) After 3 days you can quit
2) less known – you can quit anytime you hit the overtime limit
3) you can quit anytime your employer cannot pay you
4) At anytime you can send a PM to your employer to request a raise or increase in overtime (sometimes this works)

This is a pretty decent situation anyway. In really old old days you could not quit in first three days even if the manager didn't had money to pay you. And in those days few people had factories, so we lost days of job and days for Hard Worker medal.
