Greeting citizens of Wisconsin,
I have promised to publish my voting records and reasons on every Fridays. So, here they are:

Lulz Proposals:
Minimum wage change from 1 USD to 1.01 USD - no - rejected
Do you agree with the proposal to issue 3 USD for 0.015 GOLD? - no - rejected
Citizen fee change from 5 USD to 10 USD - no - rejected
Do you agree to transfer 1337 GRD from the country accounts to Church of Lewdaism? - no - rejected
Do you want the current president of USA to end this office? - no - rejected

Reasons: They are pretty much self explanatory. They are proposed at the end of the term for the lulz and congressman get 1 exp for every proposal voted.

PANEC:
Tax change: Diamonds (PANEC) - yes - accepted
Tax change: Oil (PANEC) - yes - accepted
Tax change: Weapon (PANEC) - yes - accepted
Tax change: Moving Tickets (PANEC) - yes - accepted
Tax change: House (PANEC)- yes - accepted
Tax change: Wood (PANEC) - yes - accepted
Tax change: Hospital (PANEC) - yes - accepted
Tax change: Defense System (PANEC) - yes - accepted

Reasons: I am a supporter of the PANEC tax plan as we need the taxes to fund wars, MPPs, infrastructures, meals on wheels, weapons supplies, citizen fees and so forth.

Foreign currency donation:
Do you agree to transfer 29233 GRD from the country accounts to Fort Knox Federal Reserve? - yes - accepted
Do you agree to transfer 1117 CHF from the country accounts to Fort Knox Federal Reserve? - yes - accepted
Do you agree to transfer 1308 IEP from the country accounts to Fort Knox Federal Reserve? - yes - accepted
Do you agree to transfer 495 HRK from the country accounts to Fort Knox Federal Reserve? - yes - accepted

Reasons: We planned to convert the currencies into gold and use it to fund either Weapons supplies, meals on wheels or infrastructures.

MPPs:
President of USA proposed an alliance with Israel - yes -accepted

Reasons: Israel has gained their freedom and I support the alliance with them.

Wars:
Do you agree on declaring war to Mexico - yes - accepted
Do you agree to transfer 70000 USD from the country accounts to Fort Knox Federal Reserve? - yes - accepted

Reasons: As i said earlier, I am pro-war and I think war benefits everyone in many aspect. However, one of the main reason I supported this war is Mexico was took over by Polish in the last congress election and I feel that it's a threat toward eUS. The donation of USD was used to fund the war in Mexico.

Peace:
The President of USA demanded a sum of 0 Gold from your National Treasury in return to a peace treaty with Portugal. - no - rejected

Reasons: The proposal did not follow protocol and did not get 5 approvals before it was proposed. Therefore it was shot down.
