Please stop the SPAM

Day 5,666, 02:28 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by certacito

There is a section of the eUK population who really do not appreciate being SPAMMED continuously.

An example of what we are being bombarded with below:

Hi - I’m dropping you a line from TRS about the Congress elections on Thursday.

TRS believes in activity, scrutinising power, and making sure Congress represents all eUK players and works effectively. This is not a view shared by all parties, and certainly not one shared by UKRP’s leadership. Our hope is that you will consider voting TRS in the election to send a clear message about what we should expect from eUK politics.

For any more info, simply drop me a line or check out the below.
Thanks

Kind Regards,

For the record, the leadership of the UKRP certainly does not agree with the doctrine of SPAM. If being active means producing vast amounts of material of little value that we all have to read, then we prefer to be classed as 'inactive'. If scrutinising power means ganging up on anyone who dares to offer a non-SPAM viewpoint - or joining your opposing party to have a quick look around to gain political intelligence, then this is something that we do not condone.

Quoting the words of one of our Party members:

This ain't a prison, if people want to leave for a different community, they are more than welcome. Suggesting our leadership doesn't support activity etc is just clearly disingenuous. Messaging other parties members was considered (for many many years) a no go. Just seems a shame they have to resort to these tactics.

The UKRP remains committed to making sure Congress represents all eUK players and works effectively.
