Philly and GIMP!

Earlier this week we did a bit of a repeat of the Georgia invasion when we took and put down a resistance war in the province of Visayas, in the Philippines. Asteria and the Philippines will continue to hash out appropriate terms. Based on the negotiation thus far we expect that the USA will gain another training war.

GIMP.
In the most recent Congressional Budget, Congress voted to provide GIMP with a budget of 3 million dollars. This amount is significant and can assist US fighters considerably. In response to this level of funding, I have instructed this administration to payout the entire GIMP budget to applicants. Past payouts by the previous administrations would payout GIMP based on a kill per cc system and the remaining surplus would not be spent. We will be taking the surplus funds viz. whatever is left after applying the kill per cc framework and proportionally applying it to the total number of applicants of GIMP. These funds are being used exclusively to assist eUS pilots to become more productive soldiers so that they can have a more meaningful impact on the battlefields. Without True Patriot medals in air, this is the least we can do.
