New Training War Partner

On Wednesday this week the Chileans will Start an Airstrike on Pakistan. To my knowledge Greece will remain a Training War partner for a while with Chile added to the mix. They will promise us Tax returns, at least 1 region free for Congress.

They win direct and we win resistance wars.

Chile will likely take over for Greece completely soon as our determination is getting high.
