The Growth Incentive Military Program is designed to incentivize eUSA's Air fighters only advantage on the air field.

Since the adoption of Air fights in Erepublik on day 3165 there have been two main ways to increase the lethality of hits in Air Battles.

Option 1: Perception- since perception is seemingly never to be implemented into air combat, this is not a viable way to increase your damage. since day 3165 it has been over 2 years that perception has not been delivered.

Option 2: Air Leveling- Seeing this as the only option to increase damage, the eUS Congress has graciously offered the GIMP (day 4543) to eUS Citizens who apply, and fight in air battles

Eligibility:

There are only a couple of requirements to be eligible for this program:
1. Be an eUS citizen.

Payments

Air Corps
Rank: Airman to Chief Master Sergeant*****
Weekly Payment of 4 CC per Air Hit (maximum of 30k cc per week)
Bonus Payment of 1k CC per Air Rank number for ranking up (starting with Aviator rank)

Elite Air Corps
Rank: Wing Commander to Group Captain*****
Weekly Payment of 2 CC per Air Hit (maximum of 30k cc per week)
Bonus Payment of 25k CC per Air Rank number for ranking up

The program has a monthly budget of 1.5M CC, and has greatly increased the eUS's ability to successfully fight, control, and win in ever increasing air battles.
