Today we are all Spamicans!
Two key events on the Spamican timeline took place yesterday. Firstly, we retained our status as the eUK's largest Congressional Party, having again received the largest vote share of all parties.
Secondly, The Real Spamicans became the eUK's largest party. There's not much left on the Spamican wishlist now!
We can't do it on our own so I'd like to take a moment to thank all of our voters. Thanks! We are a party that takes your votes seriously and which wants to show up and make Congress work. We can't do it without your support and we do not take it for granted.
I'd also like to thank our members! Ever growing, always showing (up). We now number 30 members of older and newer players alike, operate policy groups, games and indulge in a good deal of chit-chat too. It has been a real pleasure to play a small role in seeing players come together to enjoy the game and make the most out of the eUK's community again. It tops my list of achievements here in eRepublik to have supported the party on its way up to the top spot. Most importantly it has been and continues to be a lot of fun!
Who wouldn't want to join?
I'm needed back at Spam HQ because Sambo has spiked the punch and Chaz has soiled the raised dance floor - they keep me busy.

It's articles like this that make me nostalgic for the old days when the politicos were neither seen nor heard and people could get on with the game without the continual drone of nonentities trying to make believe they're important.
