You dont need to do any D1-3 comparation. Sorry, Just IK, if so, and Mavs, of course. It doesnt matter if you have planty of top STR low divs player, if any of them is active.

Instead, a comparation of air/ground general damage of last weeks would be cool. That helps to give a background of activity for the STR/Rank tops.

In many countries there are fighters in low divisions...
They usually hit once and take medal...

Yes. But a low div with no packs doesnt have normally relevance in real wars. They cant spare a hit to mavs, but even that can be cover for an allie in a real war

Someone have to pay attention to low division players, even if they are weak or only 2clicking.

For example,
now I have IK and I am relevant. I am also the first player in erep to finish this weekly challenge, can You imagine? And I am barely Leg I with 280k str...
But, since I wont have IK next month, I will become irrelevant, if We apply your method.

Well, WC is not linked to str or lvl, but packs+ebars/ppbooster.
And, as you cant know what people will do next year, or even in a couple of months, the only comparation you can do is at present time. Maybe those low divs no ik players are not even doing a hit because they dont want any exp (so, they are not getting gold for future ebars, for example), like IK players who dont work with the same purpose. Or maybe some of them just leave the game, or sell their accs to another countries, or just stay 2clickers for years (I know people as 2clickers for +5 years... even 8 or 9, from the beginning of the game).

It´s not taking care of low divs or not. It just, as we cant know what will happen with that people in the future, the only data we should consider about them is their current situation.

It doesn't have to be just active fighters comparison. I like the statistical aspect of it.

Yes, figures, with nothing behind, can show a wrong panorama. For example, how many top players in countries with a low number of people could be, not dead, but banned?, and that, military, it´s =0. With low divs players without Ik it´s more or less the same.
That is the difference between citizens and military power. If you want a military comparation, you need to work harder with the data, and, if you really want a clearer view, doing it at less for a couple of weeks, resume the figures of both countries along the time, and then,, doing the real comparation. For the curious among us, the € value of those packs is just shy € 2,200.

As others mentioned, I think some damage comparisons would be great; either Divisions v. Divisions or simply at a national level. To get a more meaningful number you could average the last 3 weeks using the leaderboard provided by the game.
