Congrats to UKRP and PCP - the only Parties to successfully return ALL their candidates to Congress - *without* any losers!

Only because you could not find any more candidates! Not much of a 'win'. Still it reminds me of the politicians who are interviewed after a by-election.. they all find a statistic or two which shows that they are all winners or that it is not as bad as it looks.. the TUP got twice as many seats as the UKRP and somehow you manage to spin that as some sort of loss!

First time in congress and I just voted, but it lead to some questions:

What's the bank of England for?

Why is there so much money being funnelled into it?

How much are the leaders skimming from it?

It's an org used by government to hold all the tax cash that is made. It is preferable to holding it in the country accounts because when we have training wars (TW's) we can reimburse anyone whose regions we may have agreed to hold from the org rather than having to give a 24hr vote. I also seem to recall that you would lose some of it every time a region was taken, but I don't know if that has been changed or not. Basically putting it in an org means you can spend it rather than having to vote to send it somewhere (a vote takes 24 hours and you cant have two donate votes running at once, I believe).

As to how much is being skimmed off the top I think it is 0! But if you want some you can always set up a donate law to yourself xxx
