Another question from a confused citizen

Day 737, 02:31 Published in Poland Hungary by clawy

Recently, I have seen a lot of Spanish people saying how they fougth for their RL friends from Argentina.
Ok, ok, but I don't understand one thing: from what I have been told, Argentina was the good graced angel who saved poor little Peru from a TO by taking it's only high iron region under it's protection, only to be released when all those eveil TO guys are gone again.
If so, then why were Spanish people saying they are helping Argentina? Ok, they are helping Argentina help Peru, wouldn't it been easier to say they are helping Peru?

By the way, did the anti-TO forces Spain and Argentina surelly sent succeed in freeing Peru from the evil TO? They did have sent state organized anti-TO forces, right? Or does Argentina have to make the big sacrifice and keep the high iron under it's protection for one more month?

Good harted Argentina in the mean time proposed a law raising the import tax on iron to 99% (in order to protect the companies from Peru against foreign companies), and also raised the income tax to 10%.
That money will surelly be used for something nice. Here is an idea: maybe build a hospital in that region, and move 1000-2000 people there to drive even the last TO forces out.

Man, this game can become confusing sometimes.
