As-salamu alaykum Switzerland and to the Congress members of Switzerland. My name doesn't matter so much as I will likely change it at a whim. I have changed my name more times than any citizen in Za Warudo. In fact due to my actions I created the module we have today back nearly 10 years ago now.

You can call me Dio Eraclea, as it will likely be reverted back to this most popular name I have held. I am a child of the Sands, born again several times in V1 until I settled in Ireland.

I have a request of you today. Congress of Switzerland I ask you to accept my citizenship. I have no Legend Ranks to convey to your small but tight knit nation state, but I can serve in clerical positions most important to those who seek salvation in His Divine Majesty and Grace, Emperor Dio Brando the Infinite.

Where there is Capitalism, there we shall spread the word of Theocratic Communism. Where their is Snow (the most abhorrent substance known in this universe), there we shall strike down the illswede tentacle beasts.
