A quick question from a confused citizen

There is something I don't understand, maybe somebody can help me.
When Americans PTO North Korea, everything is ok, everybody is happy, despited the country being conquered 3 times thanks to the TO president attacking Russia again and again.
When Romanians PTO Belgium for financial reasons, everything is ok, despite RL Belgium players wanting to stay in the UNL.
When Teocrats PTO Switzerland and South Korea, everything is ok, nobody is worried about the native population there crying in the media for a country.
But when citizens from Poland PTO Peru, for whatever reasons, the country must be quickly conquered (well country is much said, the high iron region is important to be "safe"😉
in order to drive out the evil invaders.
Can anybody please explain this to me?

the country had to be 'quickly conquered' because the peruvian people weren't happy with what was going on, it was done per their request. Not everyone is going to roll over when someone decides to Pto their country
The Hun army, and a lot citizen maybe can help you to take back the high iron field.🙂
