[CP] We Are Back!

Day 4,776, 14:58 Published in Ireland Ireland by Aras an Uachtarain

Hello Eire!

I can't say how happy I am with the first weeks of this term. I did expect an improvement, but didn't expect everything is going to change in only 2 weeks. Title of my update says "We are back", but it might have said "We are even stronger than before" because that would be more appropriate.

Joining Pacifica

Pacifica has been an alliance I've been admiring for a long time. It's often considered as inactive alliance that doesn't do much, however, Pacifica always did enough to make sure others don't want to mess with them. During the time of TW's and lack of most of the things that made this game interesting in the past Pacifica has adopted the fastest. Joining Pacifica suits our goals as a country, we're looking to build for the future, make friends and feel welcomed. Something we've missed for a long time. I honestly can't wait for the moment we get the chance to prove ourselves to our new friends, but maybe it's better if that moment comes later. We have a lot of business to do before serious wars.

Our first few days with Pacifica was nice, we moved from Discord to Telegram and tried to get everyone more involved in the alliance business. That's what we always do. Feels like that's what Pacifica has been missing so things are to get more lively in there. We need them to calm us down, they need us to get some life in there, I'd say we're a perfect couple.

There's a contest in our country feed you might wanna take a look at. In order to apply for the contest you need to write an article about a Pacifica member that includes several things to make your article look better. First reward is 50.000cc so it's definatly worth looking at.

TW's and infrastructure

As I said several times so far, this term will be used to build foundations for our future. We're to stock bars, weps and gold. That's the main priority other than coordinating and communicating with each others. What makes me happy is that all of the Irish active fighters are now in Telegram. Speaking of telegram, you should really join us in there. We've built a nice infrastructure that enables our citizens to grow faster, simplier and less stressful. There's usually a good craic as well.

During last few days we've been doing some rotations through our regions in order to accomplish the perfect positioning for our TW's. South Africa moved to Cork to have TW in Shannon, Taiwan moved to Wexford to have TW in Louth, Serbs stayed in Dublin and will also have TW in Louth, while Argentina will keep our Shannon-Mayo ping pong as well. In the meantime we've also Airstriked our friends in Finland who gave us a region to have a TW with them. We'll also get to meet the Santa for Christmas so that's cool. I have to thank South Africa / Lazokracy for helping us with several things during this term, some things would be impossible without them. Serbs was also quite a surprise, they're very respectful and charming.

In the meantime, Brits has asked us to let them have a TW with our training partners which would make us wait for longer to open the battles and considering they have their own regions to organize TW's in we've rejected that proposal. Soon after that our TW with UK has also been cancelled, we'll recieve peace treaty that is to be accepted soon. More about TW's, deals and other stuff tomorrow in DoD & MoFA articles.

Our Department of Defence has made a call to arms for our air fighters who can expect lots of stuff in the coming weeks. We're preparing something that hasn't been seen so far in eIreland. Our MoFA is working actively in improving our relations by talking to our friends and finding us new TW's. The rest of squad is doing lots of background business that keeps us going. Results are obvious, we moved from #64 to #35 in ground damage ranks in only two weeks. I've been running eIreland over 10 terms so far and I don't remember any of them being this serious, successful and most importantly - smart. Yes, we are back, we did it again. Against all the odds, small community grew into mid-sized community once again.

Yours,
~MUFC
