Announcement of Cabinet Changes
As of immediate effect I've removed Sir Humphrey Appleby as Prime Minister (Vice Country President).
I've also accepted the resignation of AMD. as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
I have acted indecisively and struggled to find a path through this. I'll offer no excuses to anyone who feels I've let them down as it's likely I have.
I will increase my efforts and activity as Country President and try and push forward on some player support schemes in the coming future introduce at the start of term.

A period of reflection will no doubt follow for all. In 3 days we will have a new Congress but I know members present and future will look forward to engaging constructively with Gov.

I was personally disappointed that you didn't stand up to the abusive behaviour. Doing so is not spin.
Oh dear I thought I was one of the victims.. Obviously I should be blamed.. Not everything that happens happens in public view. I was just trying to be nice. Best to keep quiet nowadays.
This is the correct decision though many of us would have liked to have seen it earlier I commend you for making this decision now.
Hopefully in the coming weeks and months we can continue to move on and grow as a united community. We might sometimes disagree but by our conduct might we always disagree well.

It is a severely delayed effort, but one that I finally feel was warranted so I respect it finally happening.

Although slightly more delayed than I would have liked I appreciate you recognising you had made a mistake and took steps to try and fix things. Hopefully we can all start moving forward as a country again.

your not at fault Huey - its not unreasonable to expect adults to act like adults, RL takes precendence over a game and this happened at a weekend which is generally a quiet period in erep. Nothing wrong in taking time to make the correct decision rather than rush in and have to back track later.

The only way to turn a mistake into learning is through reflection. It looks like you have really wrestled with this and I'm sure you will have come out the other side a stronger CP

The cynic in me wonders if the timing was influenced by the upcoming election.
Also going to be interesting come the next CP election if the delay damages Huey's re-election votes.
Timing was limited by me working full time all weekend and not having time to sit down and write an article 😂

As much as I love a bit of spice it regretful this happened in the first place.
