i already have introduced atleast 15 guys to this game but all of them left after 1-2 months.
I have introduced 2 from my college one left the other one is still around looking for a small political position to gain a foothold in eIndia
As the game is boring for people who are below level 25, I would suggest if we could use people between level 20-25 in Military, Media and Finance departments to perform tasks of publishing articles or coordinating battles, or organizing contests, etc....

Actually nowadays no one gets time for these . Everyone is busy , rest interested in either watching televisions doing FB etc. or reading story books . But I can still manage one of my RL life school frnd .

The problem with this game is that Strength grows too slow, so basically it would take someone ages to build up and become a strong player. So you can easily expect people to leave soon after they join. My friend did. So what can be done?

When i asked my friends it was a straight no, one created a account but left in a few days ......
The game is hopelessly boring.
all are welcome to join ministries of their choice. there is enough work done.
since divisions were formed, strength is secondary. u can be heros in your own divisions, u dont need to compete with the big boys(nor u should)
any new players u guys have invited, please try to include them in a thread. msg any of the senior guys around and they will add there name in a mentor/retention thread. if they know what is going on, they r more likely to stay.

Well,I am big account owner in urban-rivals,tribalwars,travian etc. I tried spreading this to around 500 Indians there but this game is too slow and boring compared to those.
Which world in tribal wars???????
