We should focus on increasing our economy

I noticed that most of high paying jobs are from other countries instead of our own. Whilst it's good to have such jobs, but considering it's from other countries, we can't have a win-win situation.

This is because they can produce materials while paying the employees (the materials they produced can sell for a good deal. They profits more). So if our country can attract our own citizens to be employed. It's a win-win situation as it is beneficial for our country.

I don't know if this is possible but I hope our country can do it in the near future.

And about the average salaries in eNL, it is something we can't really do much about. It is very much a case of supply and demand. Apparently the demand for workers is higher abroad at the moment, meaning jobs pay more there.

Well paying jobs are complicated. For an employer to be able to pay a lot, he needs to be able to sell his products for a lot. I have done the calculations a while back, and Q7 weapons can roughly break-even at ~90% of the maximum wages and average selling prices. But only if the weapons are produced in a region with maximal productivity.

Probably the only company owners able to make profits are those who use packs to boost their companies productivity. I don't think we have many of those in eNL, meaning that our company owners necessarily cannot really offer those top wages...
It might be best to simply work for those people who have those special packs (that cost RL money) and make as much money as possible to improve your own account...
