Good luck on your run.
I strongly suggest joining administrations to see what it is there do on a daily basis so you can learn. Thee Dude and Voots spend a disturbing amount of time on telegram, negotiating, posting orders, monitoring wars, etc. with our allies. Having been in multiple administrations, I think you'd learn a lot being part of one before trying to lead one. I love the interest and hope you the eUS admin soon!
