I don't see why you can't vote in in game votes. All previous speakers have.

Not sure it chimes that well with being impartial to be honest. If you have a subject provoking intense debate, I don't think you want the speaker to be making his view known on it

There is a difference between writing biased articles like previous speakers have and actually using your in game vote. I don't think anyone would object if you did that. In the meta votes you are the referee whereas Plato has that role for the real votes. If you can't vote at all there does not seem to be much point in your being in congress.

People have referred to previous reports as biased without saying why. Any clarity on that point will doubtless help past, present and future speakers to understand what has made you so angry

I think either way you lose. You vote then Appleby accuses you of losing impartiality and americanising our politics.

It looks like more people should do the battles of the top 10 players. The top 10 players are doing all the work and that is why they get more. THE rest are doing less and basic hits and should get less.

That's one interpretation but the money isn't endless and it's public funds which come from taxes. There are/were better and fairer ways of using it, in my view 🙂

The money is made by people working and producing items. So the top 10 people use and make more items that provide the government with the tax on these items. It should be return to them too. Also by fighting they keep the areas needed either free for uk or for the other countries with the agreement. Without the help of the top 10 then the system would totally be collapsed.

I suggest the top 10 players go on strike and then you will see what will happen to the e UK. it will be a mess and taken.

If we return taxes we can run a system whereby we check work tax receipts and return what was paid to anyone, it would be an easier way of doing it. Everyone produces and purchases some items so it's really just speculative that the players who fight the most generate the most tax income. Some people may work and WAM without fighting and end up with no support. My suggestion would be that rewards are good, I have no argument there, but they should also be proportional to our income so that the government's expenditure doesn't heavily favour a small group of people. That creates harder conditions for other businesses and leaves a lot of people without any effective support. As for battles and systems, we are in a TW world so nothing will collapse. In a real conflict what we need is responsive groups of fighters who can deploy precise damage at short notice, so I think that is the sort of activity we should reward more of 😄

We have ~5100 WAM/day in the UK. Your saying this mythical top 10 are providing all this, 500+ companies each, and are still maintaining TW's etc.

How does that work? Like how are these people doing the weekly challenge and not drowning in EB debt after spending 5000 energy a day working? Teach me how.
