What do these congressman do? We company owners are in crisis because of low import taxes, while we are trying to sell our products abroad import taxes are at least %30 so that we can't compete outside of US. There either two things that can be done 1. You will increase import taxes, or 2. We need to lower our employees wages or move outside of US. Now i use my gold stocks to give my employees their salaries but what about small companies. Raw material prices are %20 expensive than 2 -3 weeks ago but food prices are %20 or more cheaper than 2-3 weeks ago. I always try to give high salaries to my employees and low prices to my customers. YOU need to do something about that QUICKLY.

Best way to make money is to move your org to another country and start a company there. America is a terrible country to own a business in.
no, YOU need to recognize a free market and react to the same. As DF said, look outside the borders if you need to, get export licensing, whatever. Don't try to change the game, play it better.
Vote For and Support the Federalist Party in Congressional Elections. It is only our party who believes in lowering taxes and actually making it happen.
The current Congress is full of Socialist who are destroying the fabric of the American economy with their high taxation and low import tariffs. If we keep this up, there won't be any American businesses left. All the foreigners will hold our dollars, our gold, and import the widgets we need to survive. Heaven forbid their be a war between the United States and some foreign nation who supplies us with imports.
Our National Security is at stake and is being sold down the river in a fruitless attempt to create Utopia.

One of the big pluses of this game is that you CAN change it. Its pretty sad when new players have to export or create a company outside of our borders for a chance to profit.
Totally agree. I shut down my food company as of yesterday because with foreign companies butting in, people continually undercutting the prices of Q2 food, and yet rising grain costs...there's just no way to make a profit right now...
My Q1 food is undercut daily by foreign companies. I am barely surviving right now.
I check the company every time I buy, and just make sure I buy American. 🙂

Instead of screaming RAISE IMPORT, RAISE IMPORT, you should scream STOP RAISING TAXES, START CUTTING TAXES. I voted no of every single tax raising "emergency" proposal we had.
