Interesting indeed, I've raised the issue with Admin and they claim to have banned the offenders.

Hopefully it will not happen again.

"so you mean these parties got multi votes?" yep, parties got multi votes, but parties can't be responsible for that coz that can be managed by anybody with purpose to discredit some party
