First of all, i would like to apologise my delay to write this article.
Secondly, some people voted more then one time, so i needed do delete some votes
Thirdly, and most important, the result:

-1 to 6: Bad
-6 to 8: Okay
-8 to 10: Good

Ministerio de Economia: 8,5
Ministerio de Defensa: 6,8
Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores: 7,3
Ministerio de Interior: 5,6
Ministerio de Educacion, Comunicacion e Ócio: 6,1

The result was the votes (without the deleted) and were divided by the 37 participants
